Order Confirmation: Emailed orders will be confirmed by email confirming all of your details. Please keep this for your records. Should any of the details be incorrect you should contact us immediately.
Goods Delivery: The goods ordered will normally be dispatched to you by mail or courier within 24 hours, but you may need to allow up to 72 hours to cover weekends and public holidays.
Guarantee: All products are guaranteed for 2 years, provided they are not rendered unusable by damage or mistreatment. In the event that any item proves faulty you should contact us, quoting your Order Confirmation number, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no cost.
Security: The only personal information relating to you that we retain is that included in our copies of the Order Confirmation. This is used purely to ensure accurate and prompt delivery to you and to enable us to deal with any issues relating to the delivery or replacement of the product should that ever become necessary.
